The assessmentty so bong da truc tuyenpractices, conductedbyMr.Andy Rotherham,for assessors and internal quality verifiers, focused on managerial stafffrombasic levelas foreman,tohigherlevel likesupervisor andstaff of administrativedepartment. Staff, who will be trained as trainers, will support or conduct further ty so bong da truc tuyen for other workers at eachunit.

Theassessmentprocess will includeobservation of learners’(workers’)performance at workplaces, questioning about theirknowledge and understanding of work.
