3. Meeting Content

- Report on Business Result in 2016 (following bong da so livescore result audited by AASC Co.Ltd) and Business Plan, Investment Plan for 2017;

- Approve business reorganization and business innovation at Parent company, Subsidiaries and affiliates;

- Approve plan for issuing shares under bong da so livescore optional program for employees in 2017 (ESOP 2017)
