Viglacera Corporation – JSC has pleasure to inform you:

1. Respectfully invites shareholders of Viglacera Corporation – JSC to attend ti so bong da truc tuyen 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Details are as follows:

- Time: 7:30a.m, June 19^th, 2020

- Venue: 15^thfloor, Viglacera Tower, No 1 Thang Long Avenue, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi.

2. Participants of ti so bong da truc tuyen 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

- All shareholders who own shares (named in ti so bong da truc tuyen list of shareholders closed onJune 01^st, 2020) or are authorized to represent ti so bong da truc tuyen shareholders holding shares of Viglacera Corporation - JSC.

- In case of not being able to attend ti so bong da truc tuyen Meeting, shareholders can authorize to their representatives. This authorization must be in writing as ti so bong da truc tuyen enclosed template, with signature (for individual shareholders) and with signature and seal (for an organization, agency).

3. Meeting Agenda:

Approval for ti so bong da truc tuyen reports of ti so bong da truc tuyen Board of Management, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board; Proposal of ti so bong da truc tuyen Board of Management to ti so bong da truc tuyen General Meeting off Shareholders; and other contents.

Upon arrival, Shareholders or Authorized persons are requested to show ti so bong da truc tuyen Invitation letter, ti so bong da truc tuyen documents enclosed with this Invitation letter, and ti so bong da truc tuyen ID/ Business registration certificate for ti so bong da truc tuyen Organization Committee to check shareholder status and deliver documents.
